Looking for a skilled 3D Environment/Character Artist

I have started a game development team filled with skilled individuals that are all passionate and wanting to make a AAA game. I won't go into too much detail on this forum so anyone interested can send me a private message with their resume. We are going to be promoting the game on a website I am a staff member on that has over 100k gamers. We are also going to be promoting it on kickstarter as soon as we can get a good demo going. We are estimating about 2-3 months max to get a fully working demo out. The programmers on the team believe we can code everything fast and efficently. We have made some example games in unity but since we just got our hands on UE4 Source code we are wanting to make a game with UE4.

The game is basically an open world rpg zombie game set in it's own unique universe with tons of lore. We will be making the game Chapter based like telltale games does except it will be open world so the players can still play the game after beating the chapters initial storyline. We have made a GDD (which isn't really needed in my opinion.) and have also have a list of features for the game and we have a professional music composer and voice actors for the game already and a full soundtrack for the game has already been made. (Yes we are jumping the gun a bit as music doesn't come into place until later but we wanted to get everything we could done before we were ready to get to work on the game itself.) We lack anyone that has skill in creating textures, 3D Environments & Characters so those skills will be essential and if you are good at animation as well then that would be a plus as we are going to have many cutscenes in the initial first chapter which will set the story of the game and get the players immersed in the universe we have created over years of hard work.

We are going to be making a profit off the game just not until the promoting gets going which we need some art made so we can start promoting on the website I work at.

What we need:
1. Concept Artist (already have some basic concept art but need someone with talent for this position)
2. 3D Character Artist
3. 3D Animator
4. 3D Environment Artist.
5. Content Writers (we have the basic story done and have created lore but are needing people that are good at writing up dialog and maybe even coming up with back stories for some characters and side-quests.)
6. Level Designers (Already have one level designer on the team but probably best to have at least two Level Designers.)

Anyone interested send me a PM please.

I could help you guys, but do you have any teaser of this game or portfolios of the talent involved.

Yes our members have portfolios on develteam, freelancer and other websites. Most members have at least three years of game development experience and I personally have been programming applications for 7 years and have been programming in HTML/CSS/PHP/Java for 3 years and have been programming games for about 1.5 years. I have also been programming save editors/Mod Tools and reverse engineering xbox 360 games for about 7 years. I have many aliases on modding communities and am now wanting to make my own games instead of modding already made games.

We are a newly made team and we don't have an environment artist, animator, character artist so we are limited on what we can do. The level designer is currently making the levels in Unity but without custom textures it is hard to get anything done as we don't want to break any copyright laws by using public textures/models and want custom ones, plus the game we are making requires custom textures and models anyways. It isn't a small project, we are making the game chapter based to make it more doable though.

We have made some concept art but it isn't anything too advanced, we have made a map for the game which will be extended per chapter and have made basic character art. We have made a GDD Template and are thinking of either using UE4 or Unity to make the game.
