Is there a way to change the increment that the zbrush scale tool works in? As shown in the attached gif, I'm trying to make a cylinder narrower, but the scale tool works in such small increments that it can be difficult to control.
In the Tools panel, under Deformation, you get a bunch of sliders. One of these is size, and another is inflate (depending on what you're doing, one may work better than the other). You can also toggle which coordinates it's acting on by clicking them on the right. And remember, negative inflate = deflate. It still works in oddly spaced amounts, but you can repeat the action easily.
Also, don't use the inflate slider (and possibly others, but Pixologic doesn't pay me for QA so I haven't checked) if you don't have fully unmasked geometry available for it to work on. If there's only partially masked stuff it will crash everything in a fiery hail of agitated screaming.
