Zbrush Transpose tool
up until now I have not used the transpose tool, and instead have just worked with a single subtool.
I now have 'appended' some subtools alongside my main subtool and I want to move them into position.
So I need to use transpose, and I am perplexed how to just move the subtool within the document.
Every single circle and point of the transpose tool I grab pulls and contorts the mesh, whereas I just want to position it to my main mesh and then dynamesh them together.
I then spent quite a while searching youtube for transpose tool tutorials, and everyone seems to get a more simple tool then mine (i have green, red and blue sections) and they seem to be able to just move the subtool around.
Is there a key press I am mising, or is my tool set up incorrectly?

I have symmetry on. I will leave this here for google to pick up in case some other poor sap like me has the same issue
