If you want to do a concept, I think that the material should be more noticeable, I cant tell what the horn is made out of. those are nice models if it is your first day in modeling! keep up the good work !

Hmmm is that wood? I don't really get the idea behind the concept. Why would he carry a chunk of wood around? I'm afraid at the moment it looks pretty random.

Yes maybe it is look like as another beard) but I cant found a more neutral idea, do not want to load the back heavier items)
