Looks incredible.
Is there enough material on the back of his shirt to allow him to raise his arms higher than they are now? Looks like there would need to be a more horizontal fold to keep his shirt from pulling out of the belt.

Thanks for the great suggestion, Fenn. Been puzzling over the best way to handle the tunic, with all that loose cloth. I beefed/bunched up the cloth around the belt in back, hopefully along the lines of your suggestion:

Working mostly on textures at this point (still plenty ahead, including gloss, metalness, extra skin maps, etc), also a little tweaking left on hair planes.
