I'm trying to draw this scene but I'm struggling with how to make it look correct in perspective. I labeled each problem with a number and color.
1. I'm really bad at drawing roofs. Especially ones that are complex and go off in the different directions.
2. I'm struggling at getting curves right. Especially those tiny curves you see in the mazes.
3. The water fountain. It's easier in that I can draw a box and then block in the details but again, I want the curves to look accurate.
Here's the unaltered picture:

I tried looking for tutorials but some of them are either too simple or don't go into enough detail.

1) Roofs aren't roofs, they are tapered boxes. That's what you need to practice if roofs are difficult to draw.
2) Did you try drawing a one point perspective grid on the ground on the photo?
3) That fountain seems to be consisting of half circles connected to 90 degree corners. The corners fit into the one-point perspective perfectly and the curves go straight into the corners. You can read the proportions on a horizontal line.
You'll get better at these as you make more and more drawings.
