Photoshop - Make brush shape disappear when painting.

Is there a way in PS to have the brush shape completely disappear when you are applying paint to the canvas? I find the brush shape to be annoying and get in the way most of the time.

WIthout plugins or other programs, you can reduce it to a very small crosshair. Preferences -> Cursors -> check box next to "Show only crosshair while painting".

That doesn't get rid of it completely though. I want to see the shape or cross-hair when I am not painting and I am just moving around my pen, and then when I press to paint I want it to disappear. That would be ideal.
