Here's mine:

http://www.ervinkink.com/

I have no prior job experience and I basically want to know if I'm employable. I think my main focus is lighting, environment and textures. I first started learning 3d when I started school in September of 2011, and I then dropped out after the 3rd semester for various reasons, but mainly because I didn't feel like it was worth the $6,000 a year. I don't regret that decision, however the side effect is that I'm not really sure how ready I am to actually look for a job. Any criticism is welcome, thanks.

Your work looks really good. The only problem is are you trying to get a job in Film or Games?
Your work seems to be mainly rendered in 3D Programs with high Poly meshes. but there are also a few normal mapped textures.
Your Textures seem a bit boring because there basically textures that are shaded, which works perfectly for architectural work but not so much for film or games. You should experiment with different details such as Rust, Dirt, Grime, Oil, Oxidation, worn or chipped edge wear etc... It will need bring out your textures and make your piece look far more Interesting to look at

I really like your work quality but I think you should spend more time of making Interesting and believable textures. Hope this helps

Thanks for the advice. Honestly I've been trying to broaden my work enough so that games and film would both be options for me. I'm still pretty clueless about actually looking for work.

Yea, that's gonna be tough. Employers are EXTREMELY picky so trying to tailor your folio for both games and film are prob not going to get you far in either. Pick one and focus your folio so it adheres to that industry perfectly.

Update: I took some of the advice here and split my portfolio into 2 sections, for the high poly and low poly images. I added some new stuff as well:
