I'm Veronika from Germany, and spent the last years trying to become better at illustration. Recently I've decided to try myself at concepts for Dota, because I really love most designs all the artists put out there and want to be part of it.
Also becasue I really need to become better at making good designs.
I can not 3D-model (yet, i hope to get things started with blender)

First, some Naga concepts, more as a warmup:
A Lina concept more focused on making her look badass (and not cute)
And an Antimage set. Yeah, he looks a bit hipster, but I just wanted an goodlooking antimage. disregard the hearts. I just love his voiceacting so much.

Here are some weapon concepts for Antimage and Venge
I did a long-skirt version for my Lina concept:
Mohsen - I started some weapons. top row is magnus ( it's really hard to find a design that fits him) , and some venge stuff plus a bow (which is in black/white because I am not sure yet for which hero it would work)
Tell me what direction you like, so I can polish it up!
I'll try doing the last one, or the first

Though looking at it, I kind of feel like the colors aren't right, too much of that light blue..? maybe you could try out some quick color adjustments to make it appear more like the color on his bracers? Also I feel in general the highlights are too bright. Or maybe it's just the screenshot and it looks better ingame.
If you want me to repaint something, just say so
But I'll be honest, I dont thing It will get in because Valve has been accepting too many sets lately, haven't seen a single item being accepted aside from a loading screen
I'd recommend giving them an edge, as probably intended in the concept.
yes, an edge is definitely needed, maybe even make the "spikes" protrude a bit from the main body of the weapon.
I will definitely make a repaint and try to add some detail. expect it tomorrow (for me, at least).
I might also try myself at a full set for Terrorblade. I have some ideas for his horns, and I would love to go crazy on the metamorphis.
also terrorblade really is hard to work on... I really got nowhere there.

Can you tell me which weapon you wanted to go with the set, because KOT2897 was interested in the last one, but you basically asked first.
for [NB] Mohsen: I kind of accidently changed it a bit much, you need to tell me if it's fine. Materials are kind of a gold for the blade with some kind of gem on top (lapislazuli? malachit?)
And for KOT2897 I polished the other weapon a bit.. you can keep the ornaments or not, whatever you like.
But alas, I have ran into a problem with skinning...
