Awesome model man. The lower jaw on the shoulder plates seem a little big for my taste but going off that concept it looks like you nailing it. Keep it up man.
Sorry not much of an update...had some time this evening to finish up the shoulders and put a quick polypaint. Not going to use polypaint in textures. Moving on to the other armor.
My idea is to build this dude like an MMO character, so all the armor will have individual textures that I will just atlas. Then I can just swap out a bunch on / off - should be fun at the very least.
This is really cool I think the shoulder pads could use a second pass at getting the proportions/shapes right. Mostly in the lower jaw needing to be brought back closer to the Maxilla.
Also keep an eye on the size of the teeth as they're all about the same size and width in your sculpt and could stand to be varied a bit more.

-edit- Noticed ooooooone more thing the thigh to hip area is a bit thin on the 3/4 view imo but that might just be me.
Hey man, I hear ya, i need to finish a bunch of shit i've started as well this year. Ill keep my eye on this thread. I feel like the helmet for the knight needs to get popped off, it feels like it's connected at the moment. Like the overall proportions though.

Not sure if I'm going to enter the Comic con challenge yet, but I figured I would start sketch-sculpting my idea. Going for if Bane and Venom mash-up.
Added on the direction of the backpack. Design isn't there but the symbiotic suit clinging to it is.
