you could do this with an editor script for sure, but i'm not that familiar with setting that kind of thing up. I would be certainly interested aswell if someone had a ready made solution for this
still wishing I had this ability occasionally, anyone got any ideas? Biggest problem is when I add a new bone to a monster it breaks the prefab and I have to regenerate it and lose the ragdoll setup.
Hm maybe, looks good but it doesn't actually work for me on unity 5 and it's not how I expected the workflow to be (although might be fine). I'll have to poke around and see if I can figure out why it won't start, thanks for the link!
