Yeah, In a "Perfect World" they'd be adding singles... and communicating in a more direct manner than a subtle hint hidden in patch notes. :P

Depending on what ever Valve does for the next event I sincerely hope we get something like the Spring2014 event where they tell us what they want theme wise, and also say something like we will accept sets and singles. With the current trend of added items though I feel working on sets atm is the best chance of acceptance. Also seeing as they added our 3 piece Gyro set as a set, you don't necessarily need to make a full set if time is a concern

Defination of a set according to Valve is three peices. This was established during the polycount contest.

The singles are all for Dota 2 being officially released in China through their Perfect World distribution system, these are not singles for official sets that show that valve still actually cares.
