Great start, though I would mention a couple of things:
On your first building on the right I feel the windows look tacked-on.
They protrude so far out that it looks unnatural, of course if that's what they look like on reference then ignore what i said.
I'd add some more polys to the street lamps to round out the shapes and the building on the left, unless you're specifically going for a mobile look they would benefit from some more geo.
It's looking good but I feel like all your textures are really flat and the scene overall is really clean and not doesn't have many small details. You could also probably push the values a bit too.
you guys are totally right it looks freaking flat!! i'll be fixing it. Anyways, I decided to transfer this scene in UE4 and going to re-do some 3D stuff. But right now this scene is far beyond completion lets just say its somewhere around 60 percent. But then again thank you guys for the critique.. I'l be posting another update once I'm done with my movie marathon... (UE4 tutorials. lol)

I'd suggest making a few decals or objects to 'litter' the place.
