nDo2 Crash Question

I picked up nDo2 over the weekend and love it. I've had issues with it crashing. I've narrowed it down to the fact I change the names of my layer folders in Photoshop to better keep track of what's what. Started that same file I'm working on without the changing the layers and it works great. Does nDo2 have an issue with that or am I doing it incorrectly. I can work without the layer names but seeing "selection", "shape", etc. over and again will get kind of complicated. Or is my software just being finicky?
