Really like a concept of Banekin for Elder Scrolls Online. Decided to make a textured game-resolution model of him. Eventually i want to animate him. But first things first, so here's the concept i use and the progress so far (i believe today is 4th day of it).
And after that i started to do second pass on sculpt, using polypaint to save my masks for the skin patterns. I think it'll come in handy for making skin details between patterns...
