Victorian is a character I am still working on and I think I am done as fas as sculpting. I am looking at a poly count of around 30k after retopoing. IMO the gloves will have to go. What do you think?
I dont think youll need to get rid of the gloves adds a nice touch, and as
far as polycount goes are we talking 30k in triangles or actual polygons?
Also are you using reference? Right now I dont feel like there is enough definition in the model and feels bloby right now. I would suggest before continuing to get some more reference for your model especially for the pants and boots and go back and resculpt it, also can we get a close up of the face too?
I know it seems like a lot or work to redo but trust me its gonna be worth it in you final piece.
Step back a few detail levels and fix the bone and muscle structure of the face, and honestly the entire body.
You've jumped way too far ahead into detailing when the anatomy is kind of scarily bad. You're close, but by scary I mean that it's off by such an amount that it looks like a monster wearing someone's face rather than a person.
No amount of fiddly detail and texturing will make a bad base sculpt look good.
