So, I am using the following programs:
Photoshop CC
3DCoat 4.1.2
NDo2
When i generate the diffuse maps with 3dcoat this is the cuts I have:
And here is what it looks like when put into the Marmoset Toolbag v2 ( as well as my game )
I know that the issue is the cuts where I have the texture going... but I dont really have any idea how to make them better at this point. I setup 3dcoat to export the diffuse map ( what i use to create the normal with NDo2) with stretched edges, but somehow the colors differ.
Can anybody suggest a better method or suggest how i can fix this?

My guess is that 3Dcoat's baking is bad for videogames. Just an assumption.
I would recommend learning Xnormal if you don't have access to one of the two major standard modelling packages: Max or Maya.
So pick your poison as to which one you want to learn/use. I suspect if you know how to model in maya then making a cage for the object will be quicker inside of there.
