I talked with this guy around two years ago about this amazing camera placement system he created within the UDK. He created a maxscript where you could import models into UDK by clicking a button importing. Sadly he left it unfinished and slightly disappeared off the grid. Watching this video you can see the camera is synced with 3DS Max and UDK. If someone has the ability to create something like this with Unreal Engine 4 and 3DS Max, I am willing to pay for this. I dislike the BSP system in Unreal and I think something like this would be a lot more fun to work in, since I am much more comfortable in 3DS Max. Price and usage will obviously be discussed in private, though if this were to get created I would think it could be open sourced so everyone can use something like this, with conversion to maya and all that jazz.
