I almost sculpted this right. According to Kirkman when I spoke to him a few comic cons ago, it's not ears, just some flesh that sticks out the side of his head. Never went back to fix it though.
Think I may come back to some of these and try updating them.

about 75,000 tris for the little lady. Body was sculpted in ZBrush, clothing modeled in Marvelous Designer and then retopo'd in Toolbag2 . Scultped then reprojected the details in ZBrush. Boots were modeled in Silo. All texturing of her done in Substance Painter.
26,318 tris so far. I could probably cut that down a bit more but like I said, a wip.
Game ready torso. May come back to do the legs someday.
