Hey guys!
So I have a Samsung smart pro ativ. Which I use for a lot of my 2d work cause it has a wacom digitizer, and is pretty great with sketchbook.
The problem I ran into is that I can't link it up with my computer to run mudbox on my desktop. Additionally mudbox won't run on my pc tablet due to lack of graphics power.
I want to be able to hand paint on my 3D models without having to use a mouse. I also need to be drawing directly on screen, as I have tried wacom devices with pad but no display and my hand/eye just don't line up with screen verse hand angle ( I am a lefty. )
So to the meat of the question any good desktop touch screens that has the pressure sensitivity that will allow me to put the monitor in my lap and draw on my 3D models?
I can't afford to drop 1k - 2k at the moment on a wacom device.

While I was watching a youtube review also stumbled upon a
bosto tablet. Only reason I was looking at it verse the Yiynova
is the yiynova doesn't have a digitizer so the pen has to have
a battery and would prefer to use my current styalize for ergonomics.

Oh wow thanks monster, checking that out, nearly half the price as the others.
So I read through the reviews and it seems bosto, yiynova, and micro all seem to be having issues with not having up to date windows 8.x drivers. Plus micro is out of stock .
Monster I found Frenden's review blog really helpful, once again much appreciated.
I had the older version of the Yiynova tablet, and it worked great for about a year, then the panel died. The digitizer still worked, it was just the monitor part that crapped out. I loved it and thought it was the best way to work in zbrush (second to a cintiq of course), but of course with those lower-quality components you never really know what you're going to get.
Edit: Noticed a lot of reviews seemed to have problems with scratches on the HD13. Plus the wire.
If someone went with a tablet that isn't a screen say an intuos pro large, how can they adjust to combat the angles bing different for the user due to the absolute mode of the tablet?
