Tales from some where

Hello all,

So at last I'm trying to get more serious about learning how to make meshes for my characters; I'm always struggling with this. But now I am planning to create some characters that I would like to animate.
So first is a talking worm, this guy is going to be a central figure in this project. He needs to be able to show all sorts of different emotions, so I want to make sure that I will have the right mesh flow to make that possible.
So first question for you guys would be if you think I´m heading in the right direction with his face, the rest will follow I guess.
If you have any suggestions I would be very grateful to hear them.

Thanks in advance.

Regards, Robert

This will tell you a lot if you have the time to read this, this will probably be better than anyone posting any comments to your thread as it would be drawn out and long and with this thread all the information you pretty much need as far as the face is concerned will be in this thread:

I would say work on the body, the arms need work:

Both of these will make you a god, take the time you'll be happy you did keep us posted. ;)

    Thanks a lot D4V1DC,

I should have mentioned that I already read the first link you suggested and I will go back to that thread once in a while for sure, just to have all those considerations sink into my little brains; very useful information indeed.
I just want to have conformation whether I made major mistakes or not and hear some thoughts about how to improve the model.

The second link I never saw, I will certainly go trough all of that.

    Thanks a lot for helping.

    Kind regards, Robert
