Hi guys, i'm working on my first UE4 scene and I cant figure out why my meshes come out so strange when I import them. The uvs and lightmaps are kl because they work in other programs but when i import them into Unreal it looks like this. Anyone got any ideas ? would really appreciate the help

Besides that maybe try exporting and importing your fbx with the normals and tangent space?
You may upload your model here, I will test it with my UE4. If you work with max, upload .max file, or in .fbx
