I'm looking for someone knowledgeable of PBR and the workflow needed to create decent/good textures through the albedo, metalness, roughness, etc maps. Hopefully they would be able to teach me how to utilize PBR to the full extent of quality. I am seasoned in the classical diffuse, specular, gloss, normals, but pbr is so weird that I am looking to hire someone who can help me become better, and more efficient using PBR.
