It is still very much a work in progress, the materials are all pretty much placeholder. The foreground is... well, just a BSP platform with default material at the height you see in this image.
In the image you see I was trying to go for a late day, very smoggy polluted feel to the atmosphere.
My dirty little secret is that I only modeled 5 unique buildings, and setup a simple silhouette of a city sky line way back there in the background and then offset a second copy way of it behind that, there are actually more greeble block modules for the ground plane than there are buildings.

How is it building a sky-sphere in UE4? Are you using particles for clouds?
And, a close up out the window, because unfortunately you can't see this stuff from across the room.
