Is ndo2 supposed to work this way?

When I make a selection in an ndo2 normal document in Photoshop is just fires off automatically and converts the selection into a normal.
Now, say that I flatten the image, and then have ndo2 do the Normal > ndo2 function, that works ok... but then it goes and runs an auto-runs "Photograph" conversion on the result... which totally screws up the normal.
I don't know what's going on, but it feels like it's wrong... I've even uninstalled ndo2 and reinstalled it multiple times and it still does this.
Edit: I think I should mention, this only happens with 64-bit ndo2 and 64-bit Photoshop, everything seems to be normal in 32-bit. When I tried it just now.
