I may be wrong but those normals kinda looks like some kind of crazybump converted photo thingy to me. I may be wrong but they don't look too convincing. Otherwise I think it looks pretty cool!
I don't really agree with Kimon in regards to the normals unless he's talking just about the moss, but I thing the placement of the moss seems odd to me and I can't quite put my finger on it. I guess it looks too random? Either way, I'm digging the look and can't wait to see more!
To me I just feel like the edges are all too consistent and soft, even the cut details seem really soft.
I think if you had the very middle of the bridge flat it would also help, currently the sharp edge in the middle of the bridge just seems out of place to me.
Made some weekend progress on the texture. I think I've gotten the diffuse to a pretty solid point (crits still welcome). Going to work on the spec and see if I can get this thing finished up.
@Kimon: I see what you're talking about. I went back and lightened up a few spots @Jolt: The moss was where I lightened the normals up @Shadow: I was trying to mimic a bit of what's going on on the upper arch. Also, there's a bit of a peak in the concept. I see what I can do about differentiating & sharpening up some of those edges
