Udk animated emmiter.

Hi,
I have a movable emmiter using matinee and it moves correctly but the point of the moveable emmiter is to spawn a spell which should move with my firstperson hand that casts it. But my problem here is that the particle doesnt move, it just spawns and stays at the spot it spawned in.

Im using a flipbook for my particle so every time the particle is spawned it goes through the frames but have a locked position and my question here is if it is possible to have a particle (using flipbook) to be animated so it can follow a path that i set in matinee?
