So I took a break a little bit and now I'm back in the mood to make things. I came back to a friend wanting an X26 Tazer by Taser. However I've gotten the blockout done for the most part however I'm stuck with poor topology and a whole lot of room to play with. If anyone could suggest tips or anything that'd be great.

It's the blockout and then from here Imma make the highpoly. I'm just reconstructing the whole thing, I figure that'd be the best way instead of dabbling around with a bunch of different methods.

Breaking it into logical parts seems like a good way to deal with topology and keep loops from running all over. Even if your low poly is one contiguous piece you probably want to separate the high poly parts?
And yeah Mark, I think breaking it up into a few parts will be best and will keep the topology nice and neat.
