On-Rails Shooter Project looks for Programmers and 3D Artists

Our Team is currently looking for motivated programmers and 3D Artists to support us on our Arcade Style On-Rails Shooter Project.
One of our goals is to archive a comparable playability like you find it in Starfox64 or Sin and Punishment.
There is already quite some work done and a code base exists to build upon it.

Goals:

Our next goal is to hit on Steam Greenlight and Kickstarter


What We Can Offer:

This is a post-Kickstarter/Greenlight Project.
We are looking for Telents who are willing to work for post-Kickstarter compensation.
Until we receive funding through a Crowdfunding campaign, this is purely a collaborative unpaid project.
If the Kickstarter fails, there is no compensation of any kind possible.
Once we are sucessfull with Kickstarter, all team members will receive a portion of the funds raised for all their work they have done until this point.
Also fulltime work on the Project would be possible if desired after KS was successfull.
All post-Kickstarter material can be used for portfolio purposes after the KS Campaign is done.

In return, all we would like to work with motivated people, who are willing to invest some time into the project and like to stay until the project is finished.

What We are looking For

Programmers with intermediate (or above) skills,
• experienced using C#/JavaScript in Unity
• using version tracking and working as part of a team
• experience with on-rails games is a plus

3D Environment Modeler with intermediate (or above) skills
• with Maya and Zbrush
• good eye for detail
• experience with hard surface and organic modeling
• with the ability to create both high and low poly models based on concept art
• and the ability to create fitting texture maps: diffuse, spec, normal, alpha,
emissive

3D Character Modeler with intermediate (or above) skills,
• with Maya and Zbrush
• experienced in humanoid, alien, robot modeling
• with the ability to create both high and low poly models based on concept art
• good eye for detail
• Rigging and animation skill is always a plus

3D Animator with intermediate (or above) skills,
• with Maya
• able to work with delivered models
• experienced in rigging and animating characters, vehicles weapons and
evironments, for a unity based game
• with the ability to import animations and set up animation trees
