Tribal alien women - feedback on proportions?

A work in progress sculpt, would just like some critical feedback on the proportions of the model? She is from an alien race but I want her to look realistic, I want to keep with the idea of a long neck but what would be the best way to sculpt this realistically? It doesn't quite look structured properly.

Any feedback at all would be much appreciated :)

Focus on getting the human anatomy and proportions down first. That would be a good first step in getting this to look realistic. Once you're finished doing that, you can tweak the proportions.

Thanks for the advice, focusing on the anatomy/proportions has helped a lot!

I am rendering some beauty passes for my portfolio for my finished low poly character fully textured. Any possible feedback for how I can make this really stand out, maybe with the lighting or rendering techniques? I have rendered this in Marmoset Toolbag, wasn't getting great results from 3DS max!

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
