Terrain texture error - dancing texture

Hi guys, in this project of mine I almost gave it up on trying to finish it, there is this error that doesn't let me paint correctly, the texture I imported moves around when I pan or zoom or add elements on top of it, it's simply frustrating. Can anyone spot the error? I am a beginner and the lack of information online doesn't help.

Found out it was the Rotation feature on the material I imported.. now I have another error, which is how do you rotate a texture in cryengine? I have a pathway made of rocks that only goes one way, and when I paint it with the layer painter, the path isn't painted the way I want it to, thats why I messed around with the rotation feature... how do I rotate it without having the original error from the video?

best way to do paths is to use the road tool. paint a more generic texture on the terrain (ala pebbles for example) along the path and then put the road tool with the proper texture strip on top.
