and well ... im a total noob when it comes to these stuff ..
so i went to some of the famous computer hardware stores in my city asking around and googling for a couple of days now .
and i just keep getting more confused .
so ... though of asking the pros

what i got in mind :
CPU : Core I7 (4770) 3.40 /8MB = about 320$
motherboard : GIGABYTE Intel Z87X-D3H or GIGABYTE Intel Z87X-UD4H = 200$ and 240$

case : any will do ranging from 50$ to 80$ or something
RAM : 8 GB for a starter = 90$
adding a power supplier aaaand yeah ... thats about 700$ already .. i dont mind leaving the GPU for later .. as i will be getting more cash soon
what else ... did i miss something ?
oh and im not really sure what kind of cooling system should i get ... it looks like i cant find any water coolers in my city so far ..
will it be ok with just a couple of fans ?
maybe something like this ?

You need a solid graphics card to do 3d work, depending on what you are doing.
At $700 you are probably going to be looking at a i5 and maybe 760 GTX?
I threw this build together in 5 minutes http://pcpartpicker.com/p/37y4r
hmmm some of the prices are different from those in my country .... or am i doing the money conversion the wrong way
super helpful BTW ... googling some of the components at the $974 bar right now ..
as i said im getting more cash soon for the GPU . around 250$ for it
