Hi,

I'm having a question regaring the process of publishing a set in Dota:

Let's say you want to make a set that consists of 5 items and you only want to publish them as a set and not individually, is that possible?

I'm asking this because I couldn't find any information if the set items have to be "compatible" with the already existing items from the hero.
For example:

Your set includes a new cape and new shoulder pads for a character. The newly created items fit perfectly together but there are some intersections as you only use the new shoulder pads with the original cape. Is that okay or do the single items all have to work perfectly together with the "original" parts of the character, too?

Thanks in advance and best regards,
polydon

i don't know but perhaps the dota section of the forums will flood you with answers to your question:

I do have a question for you though, do you find it near impossible to create an original piece without replicating something else and stepping on someone else's toes?

^That was a concern I had, idk how the creators/distributors feel about this though.
If they don't care well then wow.. i thought a few people would be pissed if someone replicated but slightly altered one of their pieces, cause that is sort of money out of your pocket, to me a sort of cut throat situation..

    Just me?
