I had done a character creation guideline and I think I should share it before it is even later.

Below the link you can find a .pdf and a .max file including my character's rig and her face, together with animations and also material setup.

I did this because I thought that there were a lot of points that were never mentioned in official docs and I believe in sharing the experience
