Pretty good stuff man!
When you start your next project I'd recommend really studying the subject's anatomy a bit more beforehand. Theres a couple things that are off. its just small things, but they'll make a huge difference. Right now it looks okay, but slightly strange. This is because the thighs and quads are feeling very tiny compared to the top of the body.
The neck seems to be sticking out, when most turtles have it more sunken in (And if you look at TMNT reference they are more sunken in as well)
Then..the feet. The TMNT have ankle you know? It makes them seem more like an quadruped? Adding an ankle will make it more flat footed feeling like TMNT is.
tl;dr
Good work, but could really use some more balance so it doesn't feel top heavy, and add ankles.

There is an ankle just that this poistion of the camera doesnt show it, But u got some right points, Thx
You need to offer more information than a simple image. Also, include wire frame shots and texture break downs.
Unless your goal was to just post the image and gauge the reactions. My reaction: There is not enough here for a proper critique, so you're wasting your time by posting this

Do you have texture maps?
Is it safe to just call this a sculpt?

29,000 only body, 77,000 the body with all the rest,The model itself is made of high poly, since the start
I'll add texture maps after Zbrush
It's not a sculpt cause it was made in 3ds max, It can be a sculpt when i'll take it to zbrush
