Came across some Elysium concept art earlier this week and had some free time so I decided to take a crack at modelling the Rotor Drone from the movie. Took a few creative liberties. Not sure im 100% on the final colors though. Let me know what you guys think.
Yea too shiny, but it also doesn't really look like the concept, idk if that was on purpose and if it is a separate object perhaps fixing it to look like the concept will add more to this, i like the lights in the concept too i'd do those.
@D4V1DC - The concept art doesnt really work too well in 3D space, but I think increasing the diameter of the camera "tube" will help. Lights and Decals are on the list for later, nice catch. Thanks.
@tynew - I modeled everything in modo, it all started as a 44 sided cylinder!
Turns out I previously, accidentally inverted the gloss map. Materials look a lot more like I want now. Not sure I can get much better results with the on-board lights in marmoset 2.0, let me know if you guys have any tips.
Will animate it over the weekend.

Nice i like it for a prop/vehicle thing
Must animate please also touch up the front camera lens thingy.
I'll try to animate it over the weekend. I think the camera housing is too shiny, is that what you're getting at too?
