For the record, this new build only exists because Apple changed their store requirements so that all new apps had to support XCode 5 from Feb 1st. Epic didn't exactly scramble to release a fix.

I would have to think a UE4 UDK isn't too far away now? They are bound to want to get all the new kismet stuff out there etc with Unity and Cry Engine gaining so much ground.

If you're not working on iOS, quite probably not. There are no release notes to compare though, so who knows what has actually changed.

interesting, UDK for mobile and their HTML5 demos really get me thinking.
