Hey guys, I did this concept shot a while ago and now I am sculpting it. C&C welcome. I am currently using placeholders for the accessories if only to get a feel for the character.

I was gonna say the same! Really nice work so far.

Just a suggestion, but maybe play with the proportions a little so its a little more exaggerated (kinda like an Ogyrn), and feels more like it belongs in 40k?

I think just altering his posture to be a bit more hunched would make a world of difference to how this guy looks, as well as pushing it more into line with the Ogryn chap.
