Take a look. Feel free to leave comments. I use Autodesk Maya Zbrush, some 3d Coat, Shop of course. It's a new site, but I'm trying to get something going for the GDC this year. I'm working on something right now, that is just insane. Hopefully it turns out alright. Thanks!

Merge Home, Edu and Personal Work into a single portfolio page of only the best, final pieces. No WIPs, doodles, etc.
Merge Bio and Contact page into a single Resume.
Then forget about this page, get busy with new content.
Also, get rid of WP links on the left.
Don't EVER post anything under 'Categorized'. It's unprofessional and useless. Disable tags if you can for easier time.
Make sure the order of content is arranged by you, not by date of post or timeline.
If you post lowpoly stuff, make sure you post texture sheets too. As well as any info to it. Size, type of texture used, just like polygon count.
I suggest you abandon lightbox. It's very slow to load.
Like cholden said, merge those pages.
The header shouldn't take an entire screen, that's like... 2004 for a branded company highlighting their newest product. You should shrink it to a normal banner dimensions (can't remember off hand, Google it) and by clicking the banner you can link to the full dimension image.
You know what a good example of this is. The top of the Polycount forums page.
Also more stuff. I cannot tell what you are trying to specialize in. Modeling? Texturing? Level Design? I can see that you have some experience with Unity, zBrush, maybe Maya or maybe its 3DSMax. What I do know is that you have so little of anything that I have to believe that you are just starting at everything. If you created it, put it up on your site and mark it as WIP. (Mind you have some sense of what is in progress and what would be complete shit)
You have one good rendered image. The rest, WIPS, with no ID or progress on any of them.
You will be headed to GDC where there will be hundreds of potentials waiting hours on end (me included) to try to show their wares to tired studio HR people who have sat their for hours looking at hundreds of potentials trying to get a job.
You have to show the best that you have, the best way possible. If you have to cop out and use a template from a site like Wix.com to showcase yourself. So be it?
edit1: remove the Tutorial page, matter of fact, remove any page that doesn't have content. There isn't a point to have a bunch of links on your page if the links lead to nothing.
First thing I notice is the header, like what shlim the polycount banner is a good reference.
The colour pallet is a bit garish, try something a bit more subtle.
Dont create too many clicks for people to get to your work. As soon as they get to it you want no more than one click to an image. I used to use shadowbox but then decided to have my images large on the page so there right there as soon as you click the thumbnail.
I'd say avoid posting screenshots of Zbrush simply because its not hard to render out an image (Just search youtube, if you cant find anything let me know)
Avoid empty pages, if there's nothing to put on it don't have it there.
The way I see a website is to showcase your best work, its not to have every single image you create on there. Some of the best portfolios I've seen have about 5 pieces of work at the most, think about potential employers and the time they have (Make the first image they see the best)
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
