Modularity test

Howdy,

So I am a student nearing the end of my program and I am trying to practice at modularly building a scene.
I am looking for any sort of feedback that will help my artwork look better.

For the project that I am working on, I took a total of 2 hours work to prepare this post for polycount.

I started with some base and try to use them to block out a scene. I do not plan on texturing this scene, but to practice at lighting and to improve my modeling.

I was going based off this reference image that I have enclosed. I only planned to tackle the lower section of the scene with the time constraint I set on myself.

I do have one question going forward to those brave enough to take it on, I want to try and figure out how to create those rocks in a modular way, but I am having some trouble warping my head around it.

This is making me feel kinda bad putting something that does not look awesome but hopefully that will change.
