Help with a usability test

Hello polycounters!

I am taking a class on human centered interface design and have to do usability testing on my design. The design is for an inventory system for a rpg on tablets. The test only takes a few minutes and is only to review the design not the visuals or the technical aspectes of the interface. If you guys have the time I would greatly appreciate the help. Filled it out. Everything seems pretty good but in my opinion it could be better with some of the changes I mentioned. Good luck!
