I heard you guys are great for giving feedback to noobs like myself. I'll try to do the same as I improve too. I was working on this head trying to get the proportions right. It looks fine to me, but I don't know if I'm missing something. Any thoughts? You comments are very much appreciated.

I think you should start looking at blocked out heads, Build it up in planar shapes. Jumping into softness is not helping you understand the structure.
