Some Dota 2 workshop questions :)

Hey guys..I'm new to Dota 2..and I have some questions :
1. Can I create new heroes/ races ? Or just accesories for the ingame ones?
2. If I sell a model on SteamWorkshop will the money be send on my credit card or in the Steam account?
