projection keyboards, anyone got/tried one?

I just found out about these yesterday. Do they work, are they buggy?

I've been waiting for them to come out with a portable keyboard, or some kind of virtual display thing. Figured it would be some hi-tec cloth that you could wad-up in your pocket and then just flop it down wherever. That technology isn't quite here yet, but these laser thing look like they'd do the trick.

ya tried a keyboard that uses a IR camera and a laser project before, it was could be more accurate, but i felt it was no better than just using a touch screen keyboard.

Since they got no tactile feedback, and you cant touch type on them, so feature wise there worse than just a touchscreen keyboard, since those are the same flaws of a touchscreen, but unlike the projection, the touch screen can support things like swype, and some vibration feedback.

as far as feedback the best the projection does, is get a little brighter, when it thinks you hit a key.

Not to mention that it needs a surface, like a table or desk to use it, since the projector has to be undisturbed on a flat surface, which at that point you might as well just use a laptop with a real keyboard, if your already sitting at a desk.

    tl;dr
I don't see where the market is for one, touchscreen is more versatile since you dont need a desk to use it, and if you are at a desk just use a real computer and keyboard.
