Zbrush difficulty with hands

Hey guys,

I'm currently doing a character sculpting project at University this is my first time sculpting using Z brush. I'm having some trouble getting the hands right on the character, Originally they were created using zsphere on the original block out, but I had some weird problems when I changed to dynamesh so I had to delete the hands after noticing half way through, should I just start from the zsphere again or is there a better way of doing hands here? I also tried insert hand but it was so hard to align with the model and how it looks. Also open to feedback on how the character looks keep in mind it isn't that great as its my first and it still needs alot of work :)
