Hi i'm 17 and modelling game environments, i'm studying web design section of the high school third class.I have been 3 years in the modelling and there are my some works please crit for me and advice to me for my future.
That first one is waaaay to dark.. It's kinda hard to say anything about it since you can't really discern from the picture.
Over all you have a very flat material definition on the house and a pretty random material feel for the blue door. The layout and the modeling of the house isn't to shabby! You just need to go back and learn how to properly build a material. What colors do a brick have and what spec gloss (or for PBR gloss/roughness) -value does it have? One big problem that I see immediately is that you put you bright diffuse colors to be bright in the specular. You need to think about of much shine the material actually would contain. The bricks is also a big no no.
All of your models seems to have some scaling issues as well. Remember to always model with a human as a reference or at least a human sized box.
If I where you I'd do some material studies. The texture you'r creating doesn't even have to tile. Just focus on the material feel to begin with. Start a thread where you state what you want to accomplish.
