So, I am doing a rather fun set-up.

Age Is Just A Number:
2 Game-ready characters. An old adventurer couple. Husband and wife.
Worn, aged, but with years of experience they still got what it takes to defeat evil. (Basically, what would happen if your RPG characters got old together.)

SO! I need help. People do amazing things with character creation. Really, it's mostly with the faces and how one makes a realistic-ish human head. I have basic grasps of normal and speculars and the normal pipeline from Max to Zbrush and baking/retopo.

Subsurface scattering and what have you. Clueless.
Just as an example, here are some images of the old man.

This is for a uni project. And I will kiss the feet of those who can help me improve my art. Polycount has *really* been great thus far. Bless you. :icon15:

I have some manner of funds, for tutorials and books. This is very important to me.

Software: Blender, Zbrush, Topogun, xNormal, Marmoset Toolbag 2

This is bothering me about the nose, there's rarely wrinkles of that nature on the nose. If you observe most people's noses, there's mostly just pores there.

I'd go back and rebake out the skin definition, at least with the nose, add pores instead of wrinkles.

    Ah yes, the nose.
I did fix it, actually, as I showed that first image to my friends. It was from a skin detail alpha and I got it over the nose. My bad.

Mostly I am looking for the process in which one would do realistic skin, eyes, eyebrows and the sort. Trying to reach an acceptable standard for video game character models.

Keep stuff coming. Nose was a good start.
