Weird dDO Problem

I just re-installed Photoshop and dDo on a new computer, and since then I'm getting a weird problem. Whenever I update the Skyshop preview, it turns off visibility for all the layer groups, then displays the mesh with all the maps turned off. Has anyone else ever run into this?
