MINI-GOLF: Clarifying rules on team submissions

Hello Polycounters participating in the MINI-GOLF contest!
There was a question asked in the Q&A thread regarding teams for this contest that I want to touch on quickly in its own thread. On the contest page it was never explicitly said whether or not people could team up for this contest, which means it was ultimately up to whomever is submitting the golf hole.
If you want to team up, that is fine. But you need to consider the following when deciding to do so:

If you want to team up, that is fine. But you need to consider the following when deciding to do so:
- Every entry that wins will be awarded only one (1) AMEX card ("cash prize")
- Every entry that wins will be awarded only one (1) Special Edition Greentooth trophy.
- We cannot do multiple cards and trophies depending on how many artists participated on the hole.
- Whoever makes the final submission post in the "Final Submissions" thread (not yet created) will be the individual artist contacted to receive the prizes if that entry is chosen as a winner by Havok.
