AC3- Concept Art Reference Help

Hey, just found this concept from Assassins Creed 3. I'm struggling to identify certain things in the scene. I've highlighted them and would appreciate it if anyone could tell me there names or anything about them so i can find reference for them. I think it's set in the 18th century, and i have been looking with this in mind but been having no luck.

Any help is appreciated, main points are- the top part of the fireplace; type/name of the chair. Also any information about the architecture and art style/period would help.
